Our Journey

What began as a deep passion for collecting and experimenting with over 2,500 recipes evolved into a thriving culinary venture. Without formal training, Chef Jalpa turned her hobby into a profession through hands-on exploration and persistent innovation. Starting with cooking classes in Bhuj, she quickly built a community of over 250 students in just two years. Relocating to Ahmedabad brought new challenges, shifting from teaching to a home-based take-away service that earned strong local response.

Chef Jalpa’s expertise shone through appearances on popular cooking shows like Rasoi Show, 5 Star Tadka, Nokhi Anokhi Rasoi, and Food Court. She’s also served as a judge in cooking competitions, sharing insights on flavor balance and creativity. A partnership with Swiggy expanded our reach, making our vegetarian fusion options accessible to more diners. Today, we continue growing as a small entrepreneurial kitchen, committed to constant learning and refinement.
